Should a booking needs to be cancelled within 48 hours of arrival due to border closures or any state lockouts, deposits paid to the hotel are to be refunded less any reasonable expenses the hotel has incurred. The guest will need to provide proof of domicile before deposits are refunded.
You are allowed 1 free amendments to your booking – any amendments above this would incur a charge of $ 20.00 per amendment.
The Accommodation Brokers charge a 2.2% credit card surcharge if booking with a credit card.
Children Policy:
Children under the age of 12 stay FOC when sharing the room with their parents (to a maximum of 2) and using existing bedding.
Cut-Off Date
The “cut-off date” is 11 May 2022 for these contracted room rates. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the group block rates ( please note if the group block rates are not available The Accommodation Brokers will apply our REISA discounted rates to these bookings).
Guests are financially liable for any damage sustained whilst in the hotel property through their own actions or through the action of their appointed invited guests, whether in the room reserved or any area or part of the Hotel. This can include however is not limited to extra cleaning charges, cost to repair damaged furniture etc.
The Accommodation Brokers will charge an administration fee of $30.00 if your accommodation is cancelled. This administration fee is to cover all the work associated with the accommodation booking.
