If I cancel my booking and it is allowed in the terms & conditions, how do I get my money back?

If you cancel and it is allowed in the supplier’s terms & conditions, we will submit the cancellation to the supplier.  The supplier generally takes 5 to 7 working days to refund your payment, once payment is received from the supplier, The Accommodation Brokers we will refund your payment within 24 hours to your account
