No, we do not charge cancellation or amendment fees.
However, some of our suppliers and partners (such as venues, accommodation providers, or activity operators) may apply their own cancellation or change fees according to their individual terms and conditions. If a supplier applies a fee, this cost will be passed on to the client.
We will always let you know if any supplier fees apply before confirming a cancellation or amendment wherever possible.

Provide your contact information and the names of all guests included in the booking.
Complete Payment
Click “Pay” and enter your credit card details to finalise your booking securely.
Receive Confirmation
Once payment has been processed, you will receive a booking confirmation and tax invoice via email.
