How does our service work? — The Accommodation Brokers

Our service is designed to help you find the best travel options and secure the best possible value for your travel requirements. Simply browse our range of accommodation, guided tours, holiday packages, cruises, train journeys and other travel experiences, or if you have already found a price online, submit the details of the offer you have found.

Our travel specialists will review your requirements and use our extensive network of trusted travel suppliers and partners to source exclusive offers, discounted rates, and competitive pricing that may not be available directly to the public.

We’ll compare the available options, negotiate where possible, and provide you with a personalised recommendation designed to deliver the best value for your travel plans.

Once you’re happy with your selected option, we’ll assist with securing your booking and provide support throughout the process, making your travel experience simple, seamless, and hassle-free.

How “Submit Your Price” Works

Saving on travel with us is simple, quick, and designed to get you the best possible price.

First, a quick heads-up

We work a little differently from a traditional travel agent.

We don’t provide travel advice or search for products on your behalf. With so many great booking platforms online, you’re in the best position to find the exact accommodation or travel experience you want.

What we do (and do really well)

Once you’ve found the exact product you want, we step in.

Using our exclusive booking channels — many not available to the general public — we work to secure you a better price for that same product.

Think of it as price improvement, not product searching.

How to Get Started

1️⃣ Choose your destination or travel experience

Decide where you want to go or what type of trip you’d like to take.

2️⃣ Select your travel dates

Note your check-in and check-out dates (or departure and return dates).

3️⃣ Find your product and price

Search online and choose the exact accommodation or travel product you want.
Make sure you note:

The price
The room or product type
The terms and conditions

4️⃣ Send us the details

Once you’ve found everything, simply submit the information so we can try to beat the price.

You can send it to us in either of these easy ways:

📧 Email: bookings@theaccommodationbrokers.com.au
📝 Online Form: Complete the form below with your details

💡 Tip: The more information you provide, the better!
We can only improve the price when we’re comparing the exact same product — apples with apples.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your details, our team will get to work straight away.

We’ll check our exclusive booking channels and come back to you as soon as possible with our best available price.

✨ We look forward to helping you save money on your next trip!
