Where possible, we negotiate with accommodation and venue partners for favourable cancellation terms, flexible room-block reductions, realistic cut-off dates and provisions that allow arrangements to be adjusted should attendee numbers, event dates or other requirements change.

If an event is amended, postponed or cancelled, our team will work directly with the relevant suppliers on your behalf to explore available options and seek to minimise cancellation costs and overall financial exposure. Our established supplier relationships and industry experience can also assist us in negotiating alternative arrangements, credits, rebooking options or reduced charges where circumstances allow.

We can also assist with coordinating changes to accommodation arrangements and communicating relevant updates, helping ensure affected parties receive clear and timely information throughout the process.

Any cancellation charges, refunds, credits, amendments or rebooking arrangements remain subject to the applicable supplier contract, rate conditions and terms and conditions. While The Accommodation Brokers will advocate for the best available outcome for our clients, we cannot guarantee that a supplier will waive fees, provide a refund or agree to alternative arrangements.
