Do I need a passport or a visa to travel?

All international destinations require you to have a valid passport. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. In addition there are some destinations that require a visa for Australian citizens. Visas can be obtained on arrival at some airports (please ask) for others, such it is necessary

What if I have to cancel my trip?

Can the airfares change?

Once your deposit payment has been made, this guarantees your airline reservations and guarantees the airfare quoted – all other payment must meet the required timelines set by the suppliers to guarantee your airfare. Please note tax and fuel are subject to change until paid in full and tickets are issued.

How do I begin the reservation process?

We request a detailed brief from the organiser so that we can start our quoting process with the suppliers, in order to initiate this process we do require a non-refundable deposit of $1,500.00, once you have chosen the particular suppliers there will be deposits required - amounts and T&C’s will be determined by each supplier.
