Your gift voucher can be used on any travel product that The Accommodation Brokers have a commercial relationship with – over 1.6 million travel products domestically and internationally excluding airfares.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, please see our Terms and Conditions for more info. Once you have booked and utilised the Gift Voucher we will not be able to issue a refund for your purchase. However, our Gift Cards have a longer expiry date of three years so you can use the gift voucher in as many transactions as you’d like up to the value of the Gift Card.
The Accommodation Brokers Gift Vouchers are only available for purchase via our website.
You can purchase and combine unlimited Gift Vouchers, but please note credits expire three years from the purchase date.
There are two methods to book your travel holiday:
a) Call our members service centre on +61 2 9802 2074 and advise the consultant that you wish to use your Gift Voucher – you must advise the Gift Voucher number at the time of the call.
b) Email your request to bookings@theaccommodaonbrokers.com.au – please ensure that you include the Gift Voucher number in your correspondence.
The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) has been amended to provide protections for gift cards/vouchers for consumers across Australia. As per this amended law, The Accommodation Brokers gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from issue date of the gift voucher.
Yes! If, for example, you have purchased a Gift Voucher to the value of $500.00 and you only use $300.00 on your travel purchase, you will have $200.00 still available on the Gift Voucher.
Yes! You can pay the difference with cash or credit card for your travel purchase.
Yes! A member can certainly make a Gift Voucher purchase and give it to a family member, friend or use it as a Corporate Gift. The recipient of the Gift Voucher can either:
a) Call our members service centre on +61 2 9802 2074 and advise the consultant that they wish to use their Gift Voucher. The recipient must advise the Gift Voucher number at the time of the call.

Yes, a 2.2% surcharge is applied to all credit card transactions.
Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will be replaced if a customer can provide an original receipt and Gift Voucher reference number (conditions apply) and the Gift Voucher has not been used. Please email bookings@theaccommodationbrokers.com.au with details if you require assistance.

Yes, but the Gift Vouchers are in Australian Currency and include local taxes and if used internationally please note the difference between the Australian currency value and the country currency you wish to utilise the Gift Voucher will be applied including the local taxes of that particular country.
