“Submit The Price You Found” allows you to submit the price you’re found with a screen shot. Once submitted The Accommodation Brokers will circle back to you with the price/rate we can do.
If your cancellation is permitted under the supplier’s terms and conditions, we will submit the cancellation request on your behalf. Once processed, the supplier typically takes 5–7 business days to issue the refund. As soon as we receive the refunded funds from the supplier, The Accommodation Brokers will return the payment to the same account used for your original booking within 24 hours.
We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you. Simply email us with your request, and we’ll take care of it in line with the terms and conditions of your booking.
Your first 2 changes or amendments is free of charge. Any additional changes or amendments after that will incur a small fee of $12.00 per request.

When you submit a travel product for purchase, we source the exact same product, matching all the details you’ve provided. 1st – direct deposit into The Accommodation Brokers bank account. These banking details will be sent with the confirmation of your travel purchase.
2nd – Credit Card – please note by paying with credit card a 2.2% credit card surcharge applies – Please advise if you wish to pay by credit card and we will send a online invoice for payment.
