Submit Your Price Quote Allowance:
Members will only be provided a maximum of two quotes per same travel dates for different products under Submit Your Price. If the members travel dates change by more than a week of the original Submit Your Price quote, another Submit Your Price will be accepted.
If the member requests more than the allowed two quotes over the same dates The Accommodation Brokers will charge a quote fee of AUD$20.00 per quote (including GST), payable to The Accommodation Brokers before receiving the requested quote.

There are three types of flash sales:
The offer, pricing & description can be found on each individual flash sale and you’ll find the booking and travel periods are located at the top of each flash sale. For each flash sale, there’s 10 units/packages for sale and you can purchase from 1 to 10 units/packages based on how many are available at the time of the booking.
Information on the inclusions, facilities, location/itinerary, terms & conditions and reviews can be found on each flash sale.
To gauge pricing for the percentage off best flexible rates for the applicable supplier, you may wish to visit their website, search for the dates you require and apply the percentage discount to the best flexible rate to see what your discounted rate may be.
To purchase any of the flash sales, simply click on the “Purchase Now” button on your chosen flash sale and you’ll be directed to our payment page.
For percentage off best flexible rates and flexible travel discounted package rates, a deposit is charged so you can secure this discount in advance of confirming your dates of travel. Once we’ve received your deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with instructions which will include an option to either email or phone us with your preferred travel dates – please note that there is a time limit that bookings can be made and this is noted in each of the individual flash sales.
For fixed travel discounted package rates, the full amount is required. Once we’ve received your payment, we’ll make the booking and you’ll receive confirmation from us within 48 hours.
Terms & conditions for all three types of flash sales can be found under the Members menu.
Members will receive notification via email of what flash sales will be appearing on the website and what date & time they will be appearing. These notifications will be sent 5 to 7 days prior to each flash sale and again 24 hours prior to the date and start time.
Flash sales will on be on sale for only 4 hours.
