    How Submit Your Price Works!

    Well, it’s very simple!!

    Firstly you need to understand we are not a normal travel agent – we don’t consultant on travel and we don’t do research to find you the products you like – the best person to do this is you, with what is available on the internet you can find all the information at your figure tips.

    What we do and we do it really well is find you the best price in the market through our booking channels that are not available to the general public.

    So what you need to do:

    • Choose where you want to go or the type of travel/journey you wish to experience.
    • Select your dates – check-in/departure & check-out/return
    • Find the product, the price & terms & conditions

    When you have all this material you submit it to us to find you a better price – there is two ways to submit:

    • Send via email to bookings@theaccommodationbrokers.com.au .
    • Fill out the form below with the information you have.

    We need all the information you have found, booked or been given – we can only find you the best price for the same product, if we are judging apples to apples.

    Once we have received your information we will do our magic will come back to you ASAP.

    Please note we do charge a small booking fee and these can be found in the members section of your website.

    Submit Your Price Quote Allowance:

    Members will only be provided a maximum of two quotes per same travel dates for different products under Submit Your Price. If the members travel dates change by more than a week of the original Submit Your Price quote, another Submit Your Price will be accepted.

    If the member requests more than the allowed two quotes over the same dates The Accommodation Brokers will charge a quote fee of AUD$20.00 per quote (including GST), payable to The Accommodation Brokers before receiving the requested quote.

    • Once you have selected your check in and check out dates and number of occupants, go to the property you wish to booked – you will see a title called “No. Rooms”.
    • Click the + sign to increase the number of rooms you require.
    • The total value for your accommodation will change based on how many rooms you have requested.
    • Once this done please continue with the booking process.

    • Select both your check in and check out dates and number of occupants. Search below for which property you would like to book – the order in which they appear is 5 Star to 3.5 Star.
    • Per-room rates are based on one to two occupants. Three or more people per room may incur additional fees.
    • Some properties have offered breakfast as a separate item – if you require breakfast please “tick” the breakfast box and it will add and calculate the values based on the number of travellers booked to the accommodation rates.
    • Please read the terms & conditions before proceeding so that you are aware of the individual properties cancellation clauses.
    • Once you have completed this “click” the “Book now” button
    • This is where you will see your requested booking and purchase summary details – please double check!
    • You now need to add your details and any of the names of the other travellers you have booked.
    • Once you done this please the “click” the pay button and enter your credit card details.
    • Once this is completed you will receive confirmation of your purchase and a tax invoice.

    To pay by EFT, please deposit the product’s EFT price into the following banking account

    How the Flash Sales Work

    There are three types of flash sales:

    1. Percentage off best flexible rates
    2. Flexible travel discounted package rates
    3. Fixed travel discounted package rates

    The offer, pricing & description can be found on each individual flash sale and you’ll find the booking and travel periods are located at the top of each flash sale.  For each flash sale, there’s 10 units/packages for sale and you can purchase from 1 to 10 units/packages based on how many are available at the time of the booking.

    Information on the inclusions, facilities, location/itinerary, terms & conditions and reviews can be found on each flash sale.

    To gauge pricing for the percentage off best flexible rates for the applicable supplier, you may wish to visit their website, search for the dates you require and apply the percentage discount to the best flexible rate to see what your discounted rate may be.

    To purchase any of the flash sales, simply click on the “Purchase Now” button on your chosen flash sale and you’ll be directed to our payment page.

    For percentage off best flexible rates and flexible travel discounted package rates, a deposit is charged so you can secure this discount in advance of confirming your dates of travel.  Once we’ve received your deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with instructions which will include an option to either email or phone us with your preferred travel dates – please note that there is a time limit that bookings can be made and this is noted in each of the individual flash sales.

    For fixed travel discounted package rates, the full amount is required. Once we’ve received your payment, we’ll make the booking and you’ll receive confirmation from us within 48 hours.

    Terms & conditions for all three types of flash sales can be found under the Members menu.

    Members will receive notification via email of what flash sales will be appearing on the website and what date & time they will be appearing. These notifications will be sent 5 to 7 days prior to each flash sale and again 24 hours prior to the date and start time.

    Flash sales will on be on sale for only 4 hours.
