Our Pricing

There is NO CHARGE to your organisation for these services. As a licensed Travel Agent our management fee is covered as part of the standard commission paid by the accommodation industry.

Yes – most certainly – we have access to all types of tours and activities based on the location you have chosen.
We don’t charge a fee for this service. In line with standard industry practice, we earn a base 10% commission from the tour or activities providers involved.
Yes – we can coordinate with the accommodation suppliers room drops – we do charge a small fee based on a per room charge depending on your requirements.
Yes – like the accommodation we can organise the appropriate transfer operator and ensure they are of good quality. We don’t charge a fee for this service. In line with standard industry practice, we earn a base 10% commission from the transfer providers involved.
Absolutely. We can source any number of venues within your specific brief and only make those that meet the brief available to delegates on your custom-designed accommodation group booking platform – our accommodation booking platform can be branded to your logo and look.
